AN INTERVIEW WITH OUR TALENTED CHEF GERY, KING OF BREAKFAST

What makes a good breakfast, you ask? Is it the sultry sweetness of freshly rolled blintzes, filled with Nutella and topped with strawberries? Overly fresh produce chopped, sliced and mixed into a wide display of colorful salads, both of fruit and vegetables? Or perhaps it is simply the tender love and care that goes into the process of each dish, and infused into the tastebuds of the lucky receiver. When it comes to breakfast, our Chef Gery is a genius and a mensch. Born just outside of Tel Aviv and calling the nearby city of Ra'anana his home, Gery has been a chef and owner of his own catering business for most of his life, including an annual summer treat as the head chef of a summer sleep-away camp in Pennsylvania's Poconos Mountains simply becoming obsessed with tasty food with a story to share. At Sea Executive Suites, our Chef Gery arrives every morning (and well into the afternoon) to prepare each and every dish and culinary creation from scratch. Mini pans of shakshuka; homemade pita bread and sesame cookies; a widespread of cheeses, freshly salted and smoked fish, and beyond. We ask that you take a moment to ask yourself, "what makes a good breakfast?"
