Our Unforgettable Stay in a Dreamy Tel Aviv Penthouse

When we arrived at the Sea Executive Suites penthouse in Tel Aviv, it felt like stepping into a fairy tale.

230 square meters of luxury, modern design, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The enormous deck, spanning over 100 sqm, is the heart of the penthouse, complete with a cool plunge pool, comfortable seating areas (plural!), olive trees, and a barbecue grill – everything you need for a private family vacation, ensuring you wouldn’t even have to leave the apartment.

The stunning panoramic views from the penthouse only added to the ‘we stepped into a fairy tale’ feeling. The beach is so close you can hear the waves and smell that ocean air, and you can spend hours on the deck just watching the people, the waves, and the spectacular sunsets. It’s simply the perfect place to completely disconnect from your day to day.

After enjoying the pool for a while, the kids wanted to play in the sand and swim in the sea. We got ready, went downstairs, crossed the street, and we were at the beach. After a few hours of sunbathing, playing, and dipping in the sea, we returned to the magical universe that awaited us in the penthouse, relaxed on the deck and dried off in the sun. It felt like the whole world disappeared into the background and all that existed was just us, our gorgeous sanctuary and the endless sea.

Inside, the penthouse is beautifully designed and equipped with everything you need. There are two bedrooms, one larger and one smaller but both spacious, the kitchen is roomy and modern, equipped with sophisticated and stylish appliances, like the Smeg fridge and dishwasher, an induction hob, and even a garbage disposal.

You can easily prepare gourmet meals and feel like your own private chefs, or even hire a private chef. When we felt like cooking, we shopped at one of the many supermarkets within a short walking distance. We stored all our shopping in the large fridge, which easily contained all the food we needed for the entire visit.

Another thing we really loved about the penthouse was its location – close to Tel Aviv’s hot-spots. One evening we decided to explore the city on foot. Within a few minutes we were in the heart of Tel Aviv, enjoying a delicious meal at one of the many excellent restaurants in the area, and when we were done, returning to the penthouse was quick and easy. In our wanderings, we also discovered countless bars, shops, and cafes, so we had plenty to do right on our doorstep whenever we wanted to experience the city.

But with all due respect to the city and all it has to offer, it was the deck that became our happy place. In the mornings, we ate a rich breakfast in the fresh air, at noontime we were all in the pool, and in the afternoon we read a book in the pleasant sea breeze, while the kids watched a movie on the giant TV screen in the living room and then returned to the pool yet again. In the evenings, we had family dinners under the starry sky.

The thing that surprised me the most was how warm and relaxed was the atmosphere in the penthouse, and how much we felt at home. The kids had enough space to run around, play, and have fun, which left us, the parents, with plenty of free time to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

For us, this penthouse was much more than a vacation apartment. It was our dream home, a private oasis in the heart of Tel Aviv that left us with suitcases full of beautiful memories. We’ll definitely be back!
