Cancellation & Late Policy

Reservations cancelled 12 hours or less before the appointment will be charged the full rate. Late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments to avoid inconvenience to other clients. If the timeline exceeds the quoted time on the client’s behalf, a 200 NIS hourly rate per stylist will apply. If a client is late for the start time, we will do our best in the time remaining to complete all services scheduled.
