Here’s how it works:
You’ll receive a unique promo code to share with your audience.
When someone books through our website using your code, they’ll receive a special discount (if applicable), and you’ll earn 15% commission on each confirmed booking.
We’ll track all bookings made with your code through our booking engine.
Commissions are calculated after the guest checks out and are paid monthly via Bit, PayBox, or bank transfer.

As this is a boutique, invite-only program, we kindly ask you to share the following information so we can evaluate your request:

• Links to your active social media accounts.
• Audience demographics:
  Total followers, Age and,  gender breakdown.
• % of unique followers.
• Main follower location (country and city).

Once we review your info and approve the collaboration, we’ll send you your personal promo code and all the details.

Terms of Collaboration  Influencer Affiliate Program
Sea Executive Suites – Influencer Program (“Sea Society”)

1. Program Overview
Sea Executive Suites invites select content creators to join Sea Society, our boutique affiliate program. Influencers who are approved can promote our beachfront apartment hotel and earn commission for each direct booking made using their personal promo code.

2. Application & Evaluation
To be considered for the program, each influencer must provide the following details:

Links to all active social media profiles.
Audience demographics: Follower count, Age and gender breakdown, Percentage of unique followers.
Primary follower location (country/city)

Sea Executive Suites reserves the right to approve or decline participation based on audience relevance and alignment with our brand values.

3. Promo Code & Tracking 
Upon approval, a unique promo code will be assigned to the influencer (e.g., TAL15).
Guests must enter this code during the booking process on our website.
Bookings will be tracked internally based on this code.

4. Commission Terms
Influencers will earn 15% commission on the net booking value (excluding VAT, cleaning fees, and extras).
The commission is payable only for completed bookings after the guest has checked out.
No commission is paid for canceled or refunded stays.

5. Invoicing & Payment
Influencers must issue a valid tax invoice at the end of each month for confirmed commissions.
Payments will be made within 14 business days of receiving the invoice, via bank transfer.
Influencers are responsible for all tax compliance according to Israeli law (as self-employed )

6. Code Usage Policy
Promo codes are intended for organic and authentic promotions.
It is strictly prohibited to publish codes on coupon websites or use paid ads to promote the code.
Any misuse will result in immediate removal from the program and cancellation of unpaid commissions.

7. Termination
This agreement is open-ended and can be terminated by either party at any time, provided written notice is given.
All earned and approved commissions until the termination date will be honored upon proper invoicing.
