To ensure a smooth check-in experience at Sea Executive Suites, we ask all guests to complete the following steps in advance:
Before your arrival, please complete our digital check-in form via the secure link sent to you.
This form includes:
- Signing the Terms & Conditions
- Uploading passport photos and B2 tourist visa documentation (required for VAT exemption for tourists). This process is secure, quick, and mandatory to proceed with your check-in.

Secure Online Payment - Step Two
To complete your digital check-in, please submit your payment using the secure payment link provided as a button on this page.
The total amount to be paid was sent to you via WhatsApp message from our verified business account.
To complete the transaction, simply click the payment button, enter the exact amount you received, and follow the instructions.
- Payment must be completed online before arrival. We do not accept payment on-site.
- The payment link is encrypted, branded, and verified. It is safe to use and sent directly from our official account. It’s safe to use and comes directly from us.
- The total amount due is based on your reservation details and cancellation policy and will be clearly outlined in your WhatsApp message.
- The payment process includes a two-step verification via SMS or email to confirm the transaction.
- If you’re completing the payment via mobile phone, please ensure you’re connected to Wi-Fi for a smooth experience.
To receive access to your apartment, you must complete both the signed check-in form and full prepayment before arrival.
On-Site Check-In - Step Three
Upon arrival at the property, a team member will meet you in person to:
- Verify the passports of all guests.
- Confirm that the names match the reservation.
- Ensure all documents and prepayments have been completed.
Once identification is confirmed, you will receive the apartment keys, and your vacation can officially begin.
