There is no public pool at the hotel, there is a private pool in the Penthouse for guests who booked this specific Apartment type.

Yes, Sea Executive Suites has a cancellation policy, and it depends on the rate and terms selected at the time of booking.

For most flexible reservations:

You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival (by 12:00 PM Israel time).

If canceled less than 3 days before arrival, or in case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

For non-refundable or early bird promotions:

These reservations require payment in advance and cannot be refunded if canceled.

Please be aware that the hotel does not have private parking available. However, there are several public parking lots conveniently located just a short walk away. If you plan to arrive by car, feel free to contact us. We would be happy to provide you with an updated list of nearby parking options, along with directions and helpful links to make your arrival as smooth as possible

Check-in is from 3 pm and from 4:30 pm on Saturdays and holidays. Check-out is until 12:00(noon), every day of the week, including Saturdays and Holidays. 

Late check out: subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the morning of your departure day.

If late check-out is important to you, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp on the morning of check-out, so we can check the apartment’s availability and let you know if it’s possible.

Since we can’t guarantee late check-out in advance, if you absolutely need it, we recommend booking an additional night to ensure the apartment remains available for your use.

Here are the late check-out options (if available): 

  1. From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM – ILS 150.
  2. From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM – ILS 300.
  3. After 8:00 PM – 50% of the nightly rate.

We understand the importance of Shabbat and offer a late Motzei Shabbat check-out for an additional fee – but only if the apartment is still available for Saturday night.

We highly recommend booking an additional night for Saturday in advance to ensure this option is available.

You can do this by clicking the link you received in your booking confirmation and checking if your apartment category is still available for that date. If it is, you can easily modify your reservation and add the night online.

Our apartment hotel does not have a Shabbat elevator, Shabbat keys, or a doorman.
You will need to use our access control system to enter the building.

The hotel has no synagogue. However, there are several synagogues within short walking distance of the hotel.

Pets are not allowed, except for cases with medical certification.

SEA Executive Suites is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments, balconies, and common areas.

Ben Gurion Airport is located 25 km from the hotel.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available for hotel guests.

Yes. The gym facilities are available for guests use. The gym operates 24/7 and use of the gym is free for  guests.

The hotel offers a dry sauna. 

Each apartment at SEA Executive Suites features a small kitchenette designed for light cooking and maximum convenience during your stay.

The kitchenette includes:

  • Mini fridge

  • Microwave

  • Electric kettle

  • Espresso coffee machine (please note: coffee capsules are not provided)

  • Basic set of dishes, glasses, and cutlery

  • A few cooking essentials like a small pot and pan

Please note:
The kitchenette is suitable for preparing light meals and snacks — it is not equipped for full-scale cooking.

The apartment is rented As Is. Please note that we do not provide additional beds, separate beds, mattresses, or any other furniture. 

The hotel provides shower gel and shampoo.

The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival, and fresh towels and linens are provided based on the number of registered guests. There is no mid-stay cleaning; however, additional cleaning services can be booked for an extra fee.

Yes. The hotel is located literally a few meters from the beach. 

es, SEA Executive Suites offers a convenient self-service laundry room available for guest use.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and is available by appointment.

To operate the machines, guests are required to purchase laundry coins. Payment is made online via a secure link by scanning a QR code available in the laundry room. Once payment is completed, coins can be collected at the Front Desk. The cost is 15 ILS per coin.

Please note: Laundry detergent is not provided, so we recommend bringing your own.

To ensure availability and comfort for all guests, laundry use must be scheduled in advance with our Front Desk team.

Important: Washing hotel linens and towels in the guest laundry machines is strictly prohibited. In case hotel items are found to have been washed, a replacement fee will apply.

Yes, luggage can be stored at Sea Executive Suites. If you arrive before your apartment is ready (check-in is from 3:00 PM or 4:30 PM on Saturdays), you’re welcome to leave your bags with us and enjoy the area or relax in the lobby until check-in time. After check-out (12:00 PM), we’ll be happy to store your luggage for up to 3 hours so you can enjoy your last few hours in Tel Aviv without carrying your bags.

Secure Payment by Link – How It Works

According to the cancellation policy you selected, payment is required before arrival. When the free cancellation period ends, you will receive a secure payment link directly from us.

The link is encrypted, safe to use, and sent via our verified WhatsApp Business account or email.

To complete the payment, click the link and follow the steps. Depending on your bank, you’ll receive a confirmation code via SMS or email to verify the transaction.

We do not accept cash or on-site payments. You must complete the online payment to finalize your reservation and receive your keys upon arrival.

We do not provide airport transportation. However, we can offer information on the easiest ways to reach the property from the airport.

We have one apartment designed for guests with mobility challenges, featuring an accessible bathroom and wider doorways. Please contact us to ensure availability.

For the safety and privacy of all guests, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted.

We do not offer breakfast or any meal services on the property.

Yes, a temporary hold of 800 ILS will be placed on your credit card upon arrival as a security deposit. This hold is released after your stay, provided there are no damages to the apartment.

While we do not have a traditional front desk, our Customer Care team is available via WhatsApp to assist you throughout your stay. Additionally, security personnel are on-site 24/7, and the property is equipped with surveillance cameras for your safety.

Upon arrival, a team member will meet you at your apartment to verify your identity by checking your passport and the credit card used for booking. After verification, you’ll receive your apartment keys. Please note, there is no traditional front desk; however, security personnel and surveillance cameras are present on the property 24/7.

All reservations are made online through our official website. You can select your desired dates and apartment type to complete the booking. If you need assistance, our Customer Care team is available via WhatsApp to guide you through the process.

t SEA Executive Suites, we offer several shared spaces that enhance your stay while maintaining the independence of an apartment hotel:

  • Lobby Area – A comfortable space where guests can relax, enjoy complimentary tea and coffee, and wait comfortably before check-in or after check-out.

  • Gym – A small fitness room available to all guests, perfect for maintaining your workout routine during your stay. (Guests must be age 16 or older to use the gym.)

  • Rooftop Terrace – A spacious shared rooftop with seating areas and beautiful views of the beach and city. Please note that private events, outside food, and group gatherings are not allowed on the rooftop.

  • Self-Service Laundry Room – Equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Use is by appointment, and laundry coins can be purchased via a secure link by scanning a QR code and collected at the Front Desk. Detergents are not provided.

There is no private shelter inside the apartments at SEA Executive Suites.

However, for your safety and peace of mind, the building has a designated shelter area located on the P floor (basement level), which is accessible to all guests in case of an emergency or rocket alarm.

In addition, the stairwell in the building is also considered a safe area.

If you’d like to see the shelter upon arrival, feel free to ask our on-site representative and they will be happy to show you the location and explain the safety instructions.

For real-time alerts during your stay, we also recommend downloading the Home Front Command app, which provides updates and safety guidance.

SEA Executive Suites is neither a traditional hotel nor an Airbnb — we are an apartment hotel offering the perfect balance between independence and professional hospitality.

We believe in advanced technology and efficient digital communication, allowing our guests to enjoy maximum flexibility and comfort throughout their stay. Unlike a classic hotel, we do not have a front desk or daily housekeeping service. Instead, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped private apartment with the freedom to feel at home.
